Sai Sudharsan, the run machine for Gujarat Titans, is showing absolutely no signs of slowing down in IPL 2026 as the left-hander once again delivered a stellar half-century against Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
GT once again got off to a blistering start with skipper Shubman Gill and Sudharsan firing on all cylinders during the powerplay. The left-handed batter looked in complete control throughout his innings and continued his sensational consistency this season.

With another half-century against CSK, Sudharsan registered his fifth consecutive 50-plus score in the IPL and joined an elite list of batters in tournament history.

Apart from his record-equalling streak of half-centuries, Sudharsan also achieved another major milestone during the innings.
The left-hander has now recorded consecutive 600-plus run seasons in the IPL and joined a special group of players featuring some of the biggest names in the tournament’s history.

Sudharsan played a brilliant knock of 84 runs from 53 deliveries, smashing seven boundaries and four sixes. His innings once again provided GT with crucial momentum in an important clash as they continue their push for a top-two finish.
The stylish left-hander is currently holding the Orange Cap with 638 runs in 14 innings and looks well on course to break several more records before the end of IPL 2026.
Meanwhile, GT finished on a high with 229 runs on the board for the loss of four wickets. Apart from Sai Sudharsan’s brilliant innings, skipper Shubman Gill played a quickfire knock of 64 runs from just 37 deliveries.
Later, Jos Buttler also joined the party with a blistering unbeaten 57 off just 27 balls, helping Gujarat Titans post a massive total on the board against CSK in this crucial clash.
