BCCI has released its comprehensive India domestic schedule for the 2026-27 season, covering men's and women's cricket across all age groups and formats. The season will feature a staggering 1,788 matches in total a number that reflects the sheer scale of Indian cricket's domestic pipeline and the board's commitment to providing competitive cricket for players at every level of the system. Schedule has been designed by BCCI to give emerging talent meaningful preparation time before international assignments and carries one particularly exciting announcement, the reinstatement of the Colonel CK Nayudu Trophy Winners vs Rest of India fixture for the first time in several years. India's 2026-27 domestic season announced by BCCI Duleep Trophy and Irani Cup 2026-27 domestic season gets underway with the Duleep Trophy, which will be played from August 23 to September 10 at the BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, the world-class facility that has become the primary hub for elite domestic cricket preparation in India. Colonel CK Nayudu Trophy Winners vs Rest of India fixture follows from October 1 to 4, and the BCCI's statement specifically highlighted this reinstatement as an effort to provide an enhanced competitive platform for emerging Under-23 cricketers.
