McCullum has smashed 123 off just 58 balls with a strike rate of  212.06 against Bangladesh at Pallekelle on September 21 2012, in the ICC T20 WC. The right-handed batter has registered seven massive sixes and 11 fours to his name and earned the first spot.

Chris Gayle (WI) scored 117 runs off just 57 balls with a strike rate of 205.26. The left-handed batter has hit seven fours and 10 sixes. He played this knock vs South Africa at Johannesburg, in the Twenty20 WC 2007. 

Alex Hales (ENG) is in third place, thanks to his stunning 116* off just 64 balls with a strike rate of 181.25 vs Sri Lanka at Chattogram on March 27, 2014. The opening batter has hit six sixes and 11 fours in this knock.

Ahmed Shehzad (PAK) is in 4th position in this list. Shehzad claimed 111* from 62 balls with a strike rate of 179.03 vs Bangladesh at Mirpur. The right-handed batter has struck five sixes and 10 fours. 

Rilee Rossouw (ENG) has lit up the cricket field with 109 (56). In this innings, his strike rate was 194.64. The right-handed batter has smashed eight sixes and seven fours. He played this fabulous knock vs Bangladesh at Sydney, and obtained the 5th place in the elite list. 

Glenn Phillips (NZ) slammed 104 in 64 balls, with a strike rate of 162.50, against Sri Lanka at Sydney. He showed his power-hitting performance with four huge sixes and 10 fours, and sealed 6th spot in the list.
