It’s the highest successful run chase in a Test. 246/4 obtained 414/4 at England on 246/7, vs 26 June 2022 by winning the game by 6 wickets. Mumbai achieved 404/3 against Australia on Auckland, at 245/5 and won by 7 wickets. 16 February 2018 scored 406/4 against 244/4 at Lauderhill on Auckland, and won by 6 wickets.

Australia scored 245/5 against New Zealand at Eden Park in Auckland on 16 February 2018 to secure a historic five-wicket victory. It achieved the target with seven balls to spare, which set a record for the highest run chase in international cricket because of the excellent performances of D’Arcy Short and David Warner.
