Umpires have completed their initial inspection and will review the wet outfield again at 8:15 pm. So, the toss is unlikely to take place before 8:30 pm today.

A few covers are coming off, and umpires are out on the field without umbrellas to inspect the wet outfield.

A bit of good news, as the rain has stopped in Raipur and the ground staff is coming out to remove covers and dry the ground. However, it will take some considerable time before we see some action today.
