The Punjab Kings pacer was seen teasing his young teammate in a video posted on his Snapchat story while the team was travelling on the bus. The clip quickly grabbed attention across social media platforms and sparked criticism from fans over the player’s behaviour.

In the viral clip, Arshdeep was seen repeatedly teasing Priyansh Arya while recording the youngster on camera. During the playful interaction, the left-arm pacer could be heard saying, “What a cutie man, smile karo (smile please), teeth dikhao teeth (show your teeth).”

Meanwhile, sitting beside him, Harpreet Brar was also seen whistling and joining in while Priyansh appeared visibly uncomfortable during the interaction.

The video soon became a discussion point online, with several fans reacting strongly to the clip and questioning whether the teasing had crossed the line.

Interestingly, this is not the first time Arshdeep has landed in controversy over his social media activity. Earlier, the Punjab Kings pacer had faced massive backlash after a vlog clip surfaced online in which he made remarks about Tilak Varma.

In the video, Arshdeep had referred to the Mumbai Indians batter as “andhera” (dark skin tone coloured), which triggered strong criticism on social media. Several users had called out the remarks as insensitive and disrespectful, leading to widespread backlash against the Indian pacer.
