WWE is going to create history in 2027 when they will organise their first ever International WrestleMania, and it is not going to be hosted in Europe, nor in any other country like Australia or Canada; it is going to be the money hub of WWE, Saudi Arabia. WrestleMania 43 is going to take place in Saudi Arabia.
It has received mixed reactions from the fans so far, as a lot of fans are not happy with the announcement because of the restrictions in Saudi Arabia. But as WrestleMania 43 is going to be hosted in Saudi Arabia, one thing can be expected that the show will feature multiple dream matches, as Saudi Arabia is always famous for bringing dream matches into reality.
Big update on WrestleMania 43
Wrestling analyst and journalist Dave Meltzer recently discussed this upcoming huge event that is scheduled for 2027, and he also talked about some of the potential matches that are possible for this event. He spoke about the event recently on the “Wrestling Observer Radio,” where he said the following;

“They have matches that they want and they’re working really, really hard to get. Even though it’s a couple of years, I don’t know if they’re gonna be able to get them, but they’re gonna spend a lot of money to get what they want obviously. We’re talking about anyone coming out of retirement that wants to come out of retirement of big name value will be able to get a lot of money for this show. That’s what they want.”
“Neither of those specific matches have I heard, but… yes. Some of those people will… I would presume all of those people will be contacted and the ones who wanna do it will be able to. Some may not want to do it. But the ones who have any interest in doing it, or any interest in a great payday, they’ll be able to get it on that show, yeah.”
It will take place in Saudi Arabia
“WWE wanted it in 2028. They had commitments for 2027. The reason it had to be 2027… Turki (Al-Sheikh) is running the show – Ari Emanuel is the head of TKO, Nick Khan is the head of WWE, Dana White is the head of UFC, Dana White and Nick Khan are the head of TKO boxing. However, the final boss is Turki, because he’s the guy with all the money in the world at his disposal.”
Presently, it is impossible to predict the upcoming matches of WrestleMania 43, but we can expect Cody Rhodes to feature in this event, and he may also fight for any World Championship at the event. At least one match is rumoured for the event, and that is heel Cody Rhodes vs babyface Roman Reigns, which has all the potential to be the main event of the show.
