Without any doubt, Tiffany Stratton is one of the biggest names in the women's division of WWE right now, and she is also the longest reigning champion of the promotion at present. She won the WWE women's Championship on the very first episode of SmackDown of 2025 after she cashed in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax.
Tiffany Stratton was introduced to the WWE Universe back in 2021, and she started working in the NXT, which is the developmental territory of the promotion. She was always presented as a future top star, as she also got strong bookings in the NXT. She had even been a former NXT Women's Champion.

Stratton also had to go to a short time period in the WWE Performance Centre before joining the NXT. Surprisingly, it was not a very pleasant time for her. Recently, she spoke with the “No-Contest Wrestling” podcast, where she revealed the difficulties she had to go through while training in the WWE PC. She said;
Tiffany Stratton made her WWE debut back in 2021
“Solo Sikoa was one of them. We got signed together. Who else? I had Malik Blade in my trial class. I had — those are the two that I can remember… I was the only girl in my signing group, so for the longest time I didn’t have any girlfriends. It was very lonely at first, but it got better.”

“In my very early days of being at the Performance Center, I would take bad bumps all the time and I would get my bell rung. Not the smartest thing. And I would continue to just keep bumping on it. But I would say those three, four months were brutal because all you’re doing is taking bumps.”
She had a very strong start in the main roster as she survived until the final 4 in the women's Royal Rumble match of 2024, which was her main roster debut. In the same year, she won the Money in the Bank Ladder match, which she later cashed in to win the WWE Women's Championship. She is still carrying the Championship.
