Triple H started working as the Head of Creative of WWE in 2022 after Vince McMahon stepped out of his role after four long decades. The Game was already managing the NXT, and it never built like it is going to be a difficult job for him to manage the main roster. He did a commendable job in the NXT.
At first, Triple H was doing an amazing job as the Head of Creative of the promotion. The fans were really bored with the repetitive and monotonous product of Vince McMahon, and they will be desperately looking for a change. Levesque taking charge of the creative felt more like a breath of fresh air, as he completely changed the product.
Which wrestlers have the potential to replace Triple H as the Head of Creative of WWE
It has been 3 years since he became the creative in charge of WWE, and overall, he has a great job. But who is going to replace him as the Head of Creative of WWE once he steps down from his role? Former WWE champion and WWE Hall of Famer JBL named a number of present wrestlers while speaking on "Something to Wrestle" Podcast. He said the following;

"Triple H is pretty young. He could be there quite a while, but yeah, I think all three of those guys could do a great job with it. I've told you many times, when you walk into a wrestler's meeting, they're going over a finish, going over an angle or storyline or something, there's always one guy that talks.
He is the present WWE Chief Content Officer
“You just have certain respect and a certain guy has the acumen that everybody cedes to him. These three guys are those guys. I think they all do a wonderful job. They're all smart guys. It's a tough job. They all have the intelligence to do it." Said the former WWE Champion JBL.

Triple H has also received some criticism lately for some questionable booking, not being able to promote new stars, and, in some cases, booking felt a little repetitive. In reality, it looks like he is trying to do a lot of things at the same time, but he is still quite new, and that is the reason it is getting difficult for him to manage everything simultaneously. We hope he gets better with time.
