Tiffany Stratton is indeed one of the biggest names in the women's division of WWE right now, who recently had an amazing 300+ day World Championship reign. She has been active in WWE since 2021, and she has worked in the NXT, which is the developmental territory of WWE. She had been quite successful in the NXT, as she had also won the NXT Women's Championship one time.
Tiffany Stratton made her main roster debut in 2024 as a surprise entrant in the women's Royal Rumble match at the Royal Rumble event. She had been extremely impressive from the very first day of joining the main roster, and she even won the Money in the Bank Ladder match of the same year.

Which wrestlers did Tiffany Stratton admire while growing up
She went on to cash in her contract successfully on Nia Jax to win the WWE women's Championship on the very first episode of SmackDown of 2025. She kept the Championship for over 300 days before dropping the title to Jade Cargill at Saturday Night's Main Event. She had definitely been an excellent champion.

During her reign, she defended the title against some of the biggest names like Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax. Her rivalry with Charlotte Flair even became a little personal at one point. Recently, Stratton revealed that Charlotte Flair had been one of the names she grew up admiring. Trish Stratus had also been one of her childhood inspirations. On a recent YouTube video shared by Culture Kings, she said the following;

She recently dropped the WWE Women's Championship after having a 300+ day title reign
“Charlotte Flair was a big inspiration for me. She was who I saw on my TV screen, I related to her. Trish Stratus as well. When I got into wrestling I found out who Trish Stratus was, and I really related to her, because I feel like we have similar stories. People look at us and have the preconceived notions, like we’re just pretty faces, blonde hair, but when we get in the ring we get stuff done.”
Tiffany Stratton recently dropped the WWE Women's Championship to Jade Cargill at the Saturday Night's Main Event show, but we can definitely expect her to continue feuding for the title and maintaining her main event status. Not only is she one of the top stars of WWE right now, but she is also quite over with the fans.
