The Undertaker is often regarded as one of the biggest names in the history of professional wrestling and has been active in WWE for three long decades. He made his debut in 1990, and in 1991, he became the youngest world champion in WWE history as he won the WWE World Championship at the age of 26.
The Undertaker went on to become one of the most famous names in the history of WWE in a very short time period, and he had always been treated as a main event star. He kept on having huge rivalries with some of the biggest names in the promotion, like Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart. He was a megastar of the Attitude Era, and he also had some amazing rivalries with the lights of Steve Austin and The Rock during that time.

The Undertaker remembers when his ego was hurt by Vince McMahon
He remained the megastar of WWE in the recent eras, too; he kept on having great rivalries with some of the biggest names. For example, he had an amazing rivalry with Batista in 2007 which was often considered the feud of the year. He also had two excellent matches with Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 25 and WrestleMania 26.
The Undertaker remained active in the ring until 2020, as he worked in his final match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36. Recently, he remembered an incident from the Attitude Era. He remembered the incident while speaking on his “Six Feet Under” podcast. Here is what the WWE Hall of Famer has to say about it;
The Undertaker had been active in the wrestling world for over 3 decades
“I beat Stone Cold for the world title. Well, I think it may have been two, maybe three weeks later. We’re doing TV, and Vince brings myself, Steve, Triple H, and Kane into a room, and he’s p***. He’s like, this isn’t working. Now, I think Kane, I don’t remember what title Kane had. He had a title, or he was doing something. Triple H was the Intercontinental Champion [and] I was the world champion.
"And he goes, ‘Look, this isn’t working. We’re going to change things up.’ He says, we’re going to switch this title back to Steve tonight. And then I’m waiting, and I’m like, okay, well, what are they going to do? I guess they’re going to take the title off. He was that upset. Well, basically, the only thing that was changing was the fact that I wasn’t getting over as a champ.”

He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in class of 2022
“And so I’m trying to process that, right? Because that’s a blow. That’s obviously a blow to your ego. Yeah, especially to be said in front of your peers, too. Exactly, right? It would have been one thing to pull me into the room and say, ‘Hey, look, this isn’t what we thought it was going to be. We’re going to put the belt back on Steve.’
"Okay? I’m a professional. I can handle that. But some of the guys that I respect most in the business are in here and listening to you b** about all this, and all the fingers are pointing at me.” said The Undertaker.
