Seth Rollins fooled the entire world by faking a knee injury, and it was even reported that he would be out for at least 8 to 10 months. He had a match against LA Knight at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event show, where The Megastar defeated him by pinning him clean.
But at the end of the match, it looked like Rollins was seriously injured, which caused a sudden end to the match. It was also reported later that Rollins would be out of action for a long time, and he would even miss WrestleMania 42. It was heartbreaking news for the fans as it looked like it was scheduled to be his year.

But at the SummerSlam event last weekend, Rollins shocked everyone by returning to the ring and showing that the injury was always fake. He cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on CM Punk, and he won the World Heavyweight title. Speaking on “The Rich Eisen Show,” Rollins made a shocking revelation that he almost picked up a real injury while faking the fake one. He said;
“I’ll tell you what, limping around on those crutches for three weeks was excruciating. That was painful because not only did I go and do your show for a few days, I went to the gym on the crutches.”

“I took my daughter down to Manhattan Beach for some ice cream on the crutches. I dropped her off at preschool on the crutches. I went to a nice steak dinner with my wife and Bianca Belair and Montez Ford with the crutches.”
“I did it all on crutches. And I’m telling you, it was excruciating. The crutches alone were painful. I thought I was gonna get a shoulder injury, a real one.”
