Sami Zayn and Karrion Kross have been having a feud for quite a long time, and it is one of the best slow burn feuds of this year. They have already had two matches against each other, and they will finish this feud with the third match that has already been scheduled for the upcoming big PLE.
The first match they had was at the Night of Champions event that took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The first match of the series was won by Sami Zayn, and the feud continued for the second match that took place on RAW, which was won by the former two times NXT Champion.

The final match of the series will take place at SummerSlam, which is scheduled for this weekend. Sami had been quite happy with the feud going so far, and recently he talked about this feud while speaking with the Toronto Sun. Here is what the former three times WWE Intercontinental Champion had to say;
Sami Zayn and Karrion Kross had their first match at Night of Champions
“Well, you know, it’s funny because for as much as a slow burn as it has been, I’ve kind of been loosely attached to him (Karrion Kross) for almost the entire year. I’d have to go back and see when our first interaction is, but it would probably be, you know, towards the beginning of this year.

"So it really is something that’s been slowly, slowly simmering for, I don’t know, probably close to six, seven, eight months. I really don’t know but, all this to say, despite that, I kind of wish there was a little bit more recent steam on it. I know things have kind of picked up in the last month with he and I.”

This is definitely a huge achievement for Karrion Kross to finally get a breakthrough in one of the biggest events of WWE, which is SummerSlam. He had always been treated as a lower mid card in the promotion, but with hard work, he improved his position, and now he is establishing himself as one of the top mid cards.
