The men's War Games match for the upcoming Survivor Series event is now set, and the five members of each side are also ready to battle at the mentioned event. The final two members of each side had been the two biggest rivals in modern day wrestling, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns. Lesnar is going to feature on the heel side, while Reigns will be on the babyface side.
Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns had been two of the biggest rivals for the last decade, and they even featured in the main event of WrestleMania 3 times previously. After their last match from WWE SummerSlam 2022, nobody ever expected these two wrestlers to go head to head again, mostly because of the way the rivalry ended at the mentioned event.

But after more than 3 years, these two wrestlers are going head to head again. Despite the hype this War Games match has received, professional wrestling legend and former WCW World Heavyweight Champion is not happy with these two wrestlers fighting each other again. Speaking on a recent edition of his “The Brand” podcast, he explained the following;

“Here comes freaking Brock Lesnar, and here comes Roman Reigns. And I’m sitting at home as a viewer and I’m like, how many f’n times are we going to play these cards? And of course, the people at the Garden, they go bananas. Here comes Brock. Here comes Roman. We go bananas. So now, you know, the people watching at home think this is a big deal because the crowd there is going bananas. But I swear to God, how long are they going to get away with playing the same cards?”
They will enter the War Games match at the upcoming Survivor Series event
“I bet you they’ve returned these guys at least 10 times apiece, but it’s like somebody needs to explain this to me because you have the fan base that buys into it, but me as a television viewer, I’m like, ‘Guys, you’ve done this a million freaking times.'”
But this is not going to be a one on one match between these two long time rivals, this is a five on five War Games match, with Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar are going to be on different sides. Originally, Seth Rollins was planned to be on the heel side, but he was replaced by Brock Lesnar due to the injury he suffered at the Crown Jewel event. Moreover, the fans can expect an amazing warfare from this highly anticipated match.
