Rhea Ripley has been one of the biggest inspirations for the modern day professional wrestlers, and the Australian star has influenced a lot of wrestlers already. She was introduced to the WWE audience as a participant in the inaugural Mae Young Classic tournament. After participating in both tournaments, WWE officials were quite impressed with her.
After the second tournament, she was given a contract to work in the developmental territory of the promotion, and she started working regularly. She was given the break to work in the NXT UK, and later she was promoted to the original NXT. She had been quite impressive in both of the developmental territories of the promotion.

In 2021, Rhea Ripley was called up to the main event prior to WrestleMania 37, where she defeated Asuka to win the Women's Championship. But after getting into a feud with Charlotte Flair, she lost her main eventer status, and she had to work really hard to get back to the main events. Ultimately, she returned to the main events, and she had been quite successful.

She returned to the main events in early 2023 when she won the women's Royal Rumble match and went on to defeat Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 39 to win the Women's World title. She is still going quite wrong in the main events. Independent wrestling star Rayne Leverkusen recently remembered Rhea Ripley appearing during a WWE tryout she attended. Speaking with “The A2theK Wrestling Show,” she revealed her experience by saying the following;

“She’s a massive inspiration. Rhea was someone that said, it wasn’t to me, it was to another girl that was doing a promo. When she was giving her some feedback, she just said that she loves how larger than life she is and that’s what you need to be.
“That is something that I carry with me, is that to be larger than life, to try and be the biggest and most expressive and try and be unique.”
“To see an alternative woman be at the top of her game, it kind of gives some hope and some confidence in me, and I go ‘Oh, I must be doing something good.’ If someone like that can be at the top… cool and this masculine energy, then I can make it.” said Rayne Leverkusen.
