Orton is one of the best competitors in the Royal Rumble matches throughout the years, and he is one of the few wrestlers to win two Royal Rumble matches. The first Royal Rumble match he won was in 2009, and the next one was in 2017. But can he be the first wrestler to touch Steve Austin by winning three Royal Rumble matches?
