After the retirement of John Cena, only a few names remain from the early 2000s as top attractions of WWE. To be more specific, there are only two names, one of them is Brock Lesnar, and the other one is Randy Orton. All the other top stars are now retired, and there is no chance they are returning to in ring action anytime soon.
Randy Orton made his main roster debut back in 2002, and he won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in 2004, which made him the youngest WWE world champion in history, a record that still stands to this date, even after 21 years. He went on to become one of the biggest attractions in the history of WWE, and presently he stands as a 14 times WWE World Champion.

Only John Cena and Ric Flair have more world title reigns than Randy Orton, but both of them are now retired, and they cannot win more World titles. Orton, on the other hand, is still active in the ring at 4,5 and we can definitely expect him to win more World titles in the future. He also has the potential to beat the record of John Cena of winning 17 World titles.
Randy Orton stands as a 14 times WWE World Champion
Presentl,y he is out of action. This is the last match at SummerSlam, and the reason behind his absence is not clear. He is reportedly coming back at the Royal Rumble. Two times WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash recently claimed that WWE is not using him properly. Speaking on his “Kliq This” podcast, he discussed the following about Randy Orton;
He has been out of action since his last match at SummerSlam
“I don’t know why they haven’t used Randy because when you look at Randy’s body of work as the youngest champion and how long he’s been there. He has 14 world championships. It would take nothing for him to become an 18-time champion and surpass 17, but Randy has never been a mark. That’s probably Randy’s biggest drawback.
"Randy is not a f****** mark. Randy just wants to get paid and hang out with his wife and kids. ‘If you don’t have a spot for me, but you’re still going to pay me and I can sit at home and go to the gym in my house, I’m cool.’” said Kevin Nash, regarding the issues of WWE present booking of the 14 times WWE World Champion.
