When the news came out that R Truth had been released from WWE, the fans broke into wild rage. "Bring Back Truth" chants were all around the arena on every single show, even at Money in the Bank. The fans were never able to digest that one of their favourites has been shown the door.
On the last big event, which was Saturday Night's Main Event, Truth got the opportunity to challenge the Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena, where he was not only defeated by Cena but completely humiliated by the present and 17 times WWE World Champion.

R Truth's return shocked the entire world
Soon after this event, the news came out that Truth had been shown the door by WWE. As soon as the news of the release of Truth came out, the majority of the fans showed their disappointment, and during the shows, the live audience used to chant his name.
R Truth was said to be released recently
On the main event of Money in the Bank, which took place last night, John Cena teamed up with Logan Paul to take on the team of Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso. The match was totally in favour of John Cena's side, and when he was about to pick up the victory, a hooded figure entered the ring and attacked Cena.

Truth returned at the end of Money in the Bank to cost John Cena his match
The whole world was shocked when the hooded figure revealed himself, and it was none other than R Truth! This sudden attack allowed Cody Rhodes to pin and defeat John Cena. This was the first time WWE has provided such an amazing surprise, a released wrestler just coming back in just one week's time.
Check out whether Vince McMahon actually starting a new promotion here
Now the question arises, was R Truth ever released from WWE, or was it all just work? We have never witnessed WWE bringing a work on release, which is the total backstage thing. So it is good that the promotion is changing the patterns of the storylines in order to keep pace with the times. Truth's return will always be remembered as one of the best ever.
