Nikki Bella has recently made a sensational return to WWE and has started working full time in the ring. She is considered a legend of the women's division who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in the class of 2020 along with her twin sister, Brie Bella. This is the first time Nikki Bella is working under Triple H, as during her previous run in the promotion, she worked under the previous boss of WWE, Vince McMahon. Recently, she shared her experience of the difference between working under Vince McMahon and working under Triple H. Speaking with KTAR News, Nikki Bella described the following;

“You know, I’ve had an incredible relationship with them both. Obviously, as you can see with Triple H, he loves women’s wrestling, which has been so incredible. He gives the women the same opportunities the men have — whether that’s match time, women fighting in a cage, or women main-eventing. He really spends time on giving them those opportunities, and that’s what’s been so incredible.”
Triple H replaced Vince McMahon as the creative head of WWE in 2022
“You can see that level of respect with the fans, and I do believe that’s due to Triple H and the respect he has for women’s wrestling. It’s been so fun to be a part of and to be like, ‘Oh my gosh, wait — we get to do this? And we can do that? That’s amazing.’ So I would say that’s the difference: it’s the opportunity and the belief that exists in women’s wrestling.”
Vince McMahon remained in charge of WWE until 2022 for 4 long decades before announcing his retirement. His son in law Triple H became in charge of the WWE creative department after the departure of McMahon, and for the last 3 years, he has been taking care of the WWE creative and doinga decent job. But things are quite different under him. WWE never remained the same after the departure of McMahon.
