Maxxine Dupri talked to the entire world recently on RAW when she defeated Becky Lynch to win the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship. Throughout her entire WWE career, she had been treated as a lower mid card, and it never looked like the promotion had any big plans for her.
Maxxine Dupri was introduced in front of the WWE audience back in 2021. She had a short run in the NXT before joining the main roster in the same year. Much like her NXT days, she was only promoted as a valet in the main roster. After her on screen brother Max Dupri adopted the character of LA Knight, she became a part of the Alpha Academy.

In 2023, she made her main roster debut in a match against Sarah Logan, who was playing the character of Valhalla at that time. She was victorious in her first match, but the fans were not much impressed with her in ring skills. She kept on working on her in ring work, and she also kept on improving.

Recently on RAW, she created history when she defeated Becky Lynch to win the WWE women's Intercontinental Championship. It was her first ever title win in the world of professional wrestling. Recently, she spoke with Adrian Hernandez on the "Unlikely" where she talked about her epic title win. She said the following;

She defeated Becky Lynch to win the title
"I just couldn't believe that I was walking out of Madison Square Garden as the IC Champ. It's like you stay in that whirlwind for like a week. It still wasn't hitting me. There was a part of me with that [had] delusional confidence that I was like, 'Yes, one day I can achieve it. I can hold a singles title. I know I can do it.' But the other part of me was like, 'But maybe in 10 years, I have a lot of work to do.' So to achieve that and to pin Becky Lynch of all people especially, really just rocked me to my core.
"I'm just filled with so much gratitude, but also with so much motivation, because I know what I have to do to continue to hold this title, to continue to raise this title, and continue to make it a big deal like Lyra Valkyia did and like Becky Lynch did. I don't want to be the person that drops that ball, so I got to stay locked in." Said Maxxine Dupri.
