Mark Henry is often regarded as the World's Strongest Man in the world of professional wrestling, and he has been a household name in WWE for nearly two decades. He was introduced to the WWE audience during the Attitude Era after having a wonderful career in weightlifting. He started working regularly in WWE in 1996.
During his early career, he was seen working as a member of the Nation of Domination faction. Later, he started playing the character of the Sexual Chocolate, and in the early Ruthless Aggression Era, he adopted the character of the World's Strongest Man, which earned him the most success of his wrestling career.
Mark Henry remembers going to jail once
Mark Henry has mostly been pushed as a mid card in WWE, but during the early PG Era, he was promoted as a main event in WWE for the first time in his professional wrestling career. At first, he won the ECW Championship after he pinned Kane, and in 2011, he won the World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Randy Orton at the Night of Champions event.
Presently, Mark Henry stands as a legend of professional wrestling and he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in the Class of 2018. Despite having a wonderful wrestling career, he still has dark memories from the past. Recently, he remembered going to jail once. Speaking with The Undertaker on his “Six Feet Under” podcast, he revealed the following;

“Y’all remember when we got stuck in the UK. We got stuck, and Sheamus’ mom and aunt came to visit us. I’m in my room playing, and it’s Sheamus, who says, ‘Mate, come downstairs. My aunt wants to meet you, and I want you to meet my ma.'”
“The shirt I had was raw silk. This guy came up with a Sharpie and thought the lid was on — which you shouldn’t poke anyone with anyway. He tapped me on the shoulder like, ‘Excuse me, Mark Henry?’ I look, and I can see the ink soaking right into my silk. It’s a dish rag now. A $300 shirt, gone. I was like, ‘Why’d you do that, man?’ I was p***** off.”
He has been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in Class of 2018
“He goes, ‘You don’t have to be an a**.’ I had just bought Sheamus’ mom and aunt a drink. The guy’s talking to me as I’m reaching, so I took both drinks and threw them in his face. I told you, I have regrets.”
“So now I go to jail while I’m over there. Yeah, I went to jail. They put me in general lockup with all the vagrants. They took my belt, my shoelaces, and all my stuff.” revealed Mark Henry.
