Mark Henry's professional wrestling career stretches over 20 years, and he has been active in the wrestling world since the Attitude Era of WWE. His previous powerlifting career helped him a lot in his wrestling career, and he was frequently addressed as the World's Strongest Man in WWE. He even won the World Championship in WWE twice.
But during his early career, WWE treated him mostly as a lower mid card. He did not get his World's Strongest Man character yet, and he was known as the Sexual Chocolate Mark Henry. He had a lower mid card run in WWE during the Attitude Era, and he also won the WWE European Championship one time. This title does not exist anymore, but this was the lower mid card title back then.

Henry also worked as a tag team wrestler during that time, and he used to work as a tag team with D'Lo Brown. Henry recently remembered working as a tag team with D'Lo Brown, and he shared his experience about it. Speaking on the "Busted Open Radio" Podcast recently, he said the following;
Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown used to work as a tag team during the Attitude Era
“There was a time when I thought me and D’Lo were going to be tag team champions forever. And then I was told, ‘Okay. D’Lo is going to go to Raw. You’re going to SmackDown. Y’all are split left. And I was lost being by myself for the first time. I was lost. But then, I found myself, and there was a little brief period where I tried to replace D’Lo with Red Dog, Rodney Mack.

"Thugging and bugging. But at some point, I had to do it on my own, and I was told, ‘Hey, if you can’t fend for yourself, we’re only going to be able to use you in the middle of the card. We can’t put you at the beginning. We can’t put you at the end.’ And when you get that realization, you better turn it up or get lost in the shuffle. That’s where Jimmy is.”
Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown challenged for the WWE Tag Team Championship multiple times, but they could never win the titles. One of their most memorable title challenges was against Kane and X-Pac from 1999, where they were defeated by then champions. This team did not continue for long, as both of them started working solo soon.
