Lyra Valkyria was the inaugural WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion, and she had an excellent reign of the title, which she won earlier this year. Undoubtedly, her best rivalry holding this title was against Becky Lynch, who ultimately defeated her to take the title away from her.
The duo had multiple matches for the Championship after the rivalry started when Becky decided to attack Valkyria following their WWE Women's Tag Team titles drop. They were working as a Tag Team first before Becky Lynch turned on her and started a feud for the Women's IC Championship.

At the Money in the Bank event, Becky finally defeated Valkyria to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Valkyria kept on trying to regain the title, but after a couple of failed attempts, she is now out of the Championship picture. Lyra Valkyria was recently interviewed by TV Insider, where she expressed feelings on having this dream feud with Becky Lynch. Here is what she had to say;

“It has been an incredible few months. Now I’m looking back on my reign as IC Champion for the first time and everything that has happened with Becky and Bayley over the last few months. I now have this really cool catalog of matches. I’m creating this body of work that I’m really proud of.
Valkyria is out of the Women's IC title picture after losing to Becky Lynch at SummerSlam
"I’ll tell people all the time when I first started watching WWE, I used to fast forward the matches to get to the winner and what happened at the end. What they said to each other. I’ve always had an appreciation for that side of it. To get to now do more of that and do it against people I looked up to and made me want to do this has been amazing.”
Valkyria had her final opportunity to win the title at SummerSlam, and it was at last chance to win the title. But after losing at SummerSlam, she is now pretty much out of the Championship picture, with Becky presently having a feud with Nikki Bella for the Championship. Valkyria, on the other hand, is presently involved in a storyline with Bayley.
