Kross was brought in by Triple H back in 2022, and instantly, he was given a huge feud with Drew McIntyre. He even defeated the Scottish Warrior once in this feud. It looked like WWE had something big plan for the former two times NXT Champion. But his push completely went down the drain after this mentioned feud ended.
WWE Hall of Famer believes Karrion Kross' release can be a work
Karrion Kross was struggling to get regular bookings in WWE. Finally, when he got some support from the fans, he was let go from the promotion the authority decided not to extend his contract. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley made a shocking statement that his release can all be a work. Speaking on "Busted Open Radio" Podcast recently, he explained the following;

“They’re into this guy. They like him for different reasons. [R-]Truth has been around forever, Kross has not been around forever, and Kross is trending number one. Kross has created all this buzz, made that video, are we gonna assume that he made the video on his own?
After getting rehired in 2022, Kross spent three years in WWE before leaving the promotion at the end of last week
"This is completely different than — I can see the similarities. R-Truth’s situation was real. Karrion’s situation, I believe, is unreal. But how do you make the unreal real? You have to pay attention to detail, and you have to do the long play, a la Seth Rollins.” said the Tag Team legend explaining the present situation of Karrion Kross.
Recently, another such incident was seen when WWE decided to release R-Truth. The world of professional wrestling started requesting to bring him back. WWE had no other option to bring him back.
