The departure of Karrion Kross sparked major backlash among the WWE fans, and as a large number of fans want him back, much like they wanted R-Truth back after his release. "We Want Kross" is presently trending at No. 1 on Twitter, and there were even signs of the same during the latest episode of Monday Night RAW.

Triple H rehired Karrion Kross back in 2022, but he did not get to do much since his return, and in these 3 years, he has been treated as quite an afterthought. All the rehires of Triple H back in 2022 are now out of the promotion. But Kross is definitely the most over of them all, and he could be a top star.

WWE Hall of Famer shared advice for Karrion Kross

There has been no confirmation on where Kross' future lies after his release from WWE. But we can all expect him to head towards the independent circuit. WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley gave advice to Kross that he should do what Matt Cardona did after getting released from WWE back in 2020. Speaking on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast recently, he said;

Karrion Kross has been released from WWE recently

“I agree with going the Cardona route. However, you have to really enjoy the grind to go the Cardona route. Matt Cardona loves the grind. He loves working his gimmick table. He loves doing all that. Even Cardona has said this grind is becoming a little too much."

Kross is presently a free agent, and there is no confirmation of where he is going next

“So now we’re not just asking Karrion Kross to do the grind, we’re asking Karrion and Scarlett to do the grind. And Cardona works in places sometimes that don’t even have dressing rooms. So it’s not … even though Matt Cardona has made it look possible — and it is — and he’s made it look good. It’s a lot easier said than done.”

Matt Cardona, who was famously known as Zack Ryder in WWE before his release he cultivated his fame among the indie audience, and there is no doubt that he is one of the biggest stars of the independent circuit today. Karrion Kross can definitely do the same if he tries to cash in his WWE fame in the indies. We hope the former NXT champion flourishes even more after his WWE release.
