WWE is in safe hands after the retirement of John Cena claims R-Truth

A lot of fans are scared about the future of WWE after the departure of John Cena, but according to former rival of Cena, R-Truth, WWE is in safe hands and Cena's departure will not affect the promotion's future. Speaking with Bleacher Report recently, the former WWE United States Champion explained the following;

Cena started his retirement tour on the Netflix RAW premiere

"It's gonna excel, man, the wrestling business is only getting better, bigger and better. I think his [Cena's] blueprint has pretty much given the wrestling business a path to go on, almost like having a map, almost having a Siri.

"He's left a lot of stones for people to uncover, turn over, to learn from. When he was here, he was very giving. He was very knowledgeable; he had no problem telling you what you needed to work on, which is a key in the wrestling business, having a vet or having someone who has that status to give you information."

John Cena will wrestle his final match at Saturday Night's Main Event in December

"Man, there's a lot of guys. 'NXT' is full of talent, man. Trick [Williams] is there, Carmelo [Hayes] is up here now, they got Je'Von [Evans], there's so much talent there, man. I don't want to, like, put no names or specific things on people, I like to just watch and let everything blossom and bloom."

The wrestler to get the privilege to feature in the retirement match of John Cena is still not officially confirmed. But reports suggest that former two times World Heavyweight Champion Gunther is going to be the final opponent of Cena. It will be a history making moment for Austria and the professional wrestler that he would retire two legends in the same year, as he has already featured in the retirement match of Goldberg.
