John Cena is presently going through his retirement tour, and he has promised that he will never wrestle after 2025. It all started back last year when he made a surprise appearance during the Money in the Bank event and announced that 2025 would be his final year in wrestling, and later he also announced that he would go through a retirement tour throughout the year.
As promised, Cena announced his retirement to all from the first episode of RAW of 2025, which was also the Netflix RAW premiere. It had been an excellent retirement tour for John Cena so far, as he has achieved multiple big successes and also touched huge milestones. He won the WWE World Championship for the 17th time at WrestleMania 41, which is the highest number of World title wins in WWE history.

Rusev thinks that the fans have not seen the end of John Cena on December 13
Another big thing he did this year was having a heel run for the first time in over 21 years. It had been a huge request from a large number of fans that he needed to turn heel at least once before becoming the face of WWE. But Vince McMahon was never interested in granting this wish. Cena finally made the dream come true of many fans by working as a heel for a short period.
John Cena has announced that he will have in final match on December 13
But it is really unfortunate that we are going to see the last match of Cena on December 13 at Saturday Night's Main Event, where he will have his final match. But the former three times WWE United States champion is not ready to believe that this is going to be the last of Cena. Speaking on the “SHAK Wrestling” podcast, he said the following;

His final opponent is yet to be determined
“I don’t believe it. I’m not holding my breath. I love John [Cena], and this may be his last match of this century or whatnot, but at some point, I want to see him back, whenever that is.” said Rusev, who recently made his return to WWE after staying out of the promotion for five long years.
Is it really possible that it all turns out to be a hoax? John Cena has an excellent reputation in the world of professional wrestling, and it is highly doubtful that he will ever break it. Returning from retirement has always been quite embarrassing for wrestlers. Ric Flair had to go through a lot of criticism for the same reason. We highly doubt Cena would take such a risk, and we are afraid we are actually seeing the end of The Champ.
