Professional wrestling fans will witness the last match of John Cena at the upcoming Saturday Night's Main Event this Saturday, and The Champ has confirmed that he will never wrestle in the ring again after this match. This is going to be a huge loss for the world of professional wrestling since he had been the best in the business for a long time, and he is also a huge box office draw.
John Cena started his retirement tour at the start of this year at the Netflix RAW Premiere, and he had an amazing year in the form of his retirement tour. He became 17 times WWE World Champion, which is more than anyone in the promotion. He became a Grand Slam champion by winning his first WWE Intercontinental Championship, and he also had his first heel run in over 21 years.

Bubba Ray Dudley explains why he thought John Cena's retirement tour would get extended
Despite John Cena having already announced that he will have his final match this Saturday, a large number of fans and critics are not ready to believe that Cena will actually retire at this event, and WWE will definitely bring him back to action. WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley also explained why he thought that his retirement tour would extend to 2026. Speaking on the "Busted Open Radio" Podcast, the multiple times WWE Tag Team Champion said the following;
Cena started his retirement tour earlier this year
"But if we could use Saturday Night's Main Event as a jumping point into something that's going to move us into the future, like Brock Lesnar and Gunther, I don't have a problem with that. [But] I also am not taking my $1 bet off the table that I made a long time ago. For some reason, I don't think this ends in Washington, D.C. for John Cena.

He will wrestle his final match this Saturday
"And I would not be shocked if in the midst of all of the happy, happy, joy, joy, [Rock's theme song] 'If you smell what The Rock is cooking [plays].' I've said this before, it just doesn't sound right — John Cena, last match, Washington, D.C., Saturday Night's Main Event. What sounds right is John Cena, last match, WrestleMania, Las Vegas." said the WWE Hall of Famer and tag team legend Bubba Ray Dudley.
The confusion is still there whether Cena will actually retire after this match, because many wrestlers have promised to retire at a certain point, but they returned to action even after retiring. For example, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, and The Undertaker all retired from action, but they returned to the ring for more money. But Cena is leaving wrestling for his Hollywood career, so chances are very low that he will ever return.
