Jey Uso joined the world of professional wrestling back in 2007, and from the very first day of his wrestling career, he has been working as a tag team wrestler along with his twin brother Jimmy Uso. He shocked the entire world when he won the men's Royal Rumble match of 2025 by last eliminating John Cena. He earned the right to challenge a world champion of his choice at WrestleMania 41.

He challenged the World Heavyweight Champion Gunther for the Championship and successfully defeated the Ring General to win the World Heavyweight Championship. He had a title run of 51 days before dropping it back to Gunther. He could ever win the title back after dropping the Championship.

Despite dropping the Championship, he is still considered a main event star of the promotion, and he always features in main event level matches.
