Jacy Jayne is one of the biggest attractions of the NXT right now, and over the years, she has done a marvelous job to get herself to the top position of the developmental territory of WWE. But things were not very easy for her when she started working in WWE. She was mostly treated as a jobber during her early career in the promotion.
Jacy Jayne transitioned to the promotion from the independent circuit in 2021. She made her debut against Taya Valkyrie, who was known as Franky Monet in WWE, and she was treated as a jobber in this match. But her situation improved in the following months after she started teaming up with Gigi Dolin, and later, this tag team became a part of The Toxic Attraction faction led by Mandy Rose.

She had been really successful after becoming a part of this faction, as she won the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship two times with Gigi Dolin. But after the faction was dissolved, she started working solo. Once again, she had to struggle to get mainstream success, and ultimately, she became one of the top stars of the NXT.
Jacy Jayne has been active in WWE since 2021
On May 27, she defeated Stephanie Vaquer to win the NXT Women's Championship. She is still carrying the championship, and she is doing a good job. But her success also became a matter of criticism for a lot of fans. Recently, she answered her pretty when she spoke with the “Busted Open Radio” podcast. She said;

“Definitely. I — deep down I always knew that I was gonna be a main eventer; I just was waiting for my time. I also feel like it took me a lot longer to get to this spot than other people. So I feel like a lot of people doubted me because of that. And also because I was just known for being a tag team wrestler.
"So I feel like people just assumed like that was my ceiling. But that was really just the start of everything. I’ve had to fight and claw my way to the top And I would do it over and over and over again. ’cause it feels damn good to be at the top now.” said Jacy Jayne, who is presently holding the NXT Women's Championship and is also one of the biggest attractions of the NXT.
