Triple H has been working as the creative in charge of WWE since 2022, and he has changed the promotion forever. He has made some good changes in the promotion, including some criticisable ones too. But the biggest thing he changed is the women's wrestling, and now it is women are treated almost equally to men in WWE, and Triple H deserves a lot of credit for this upgradation of women's wrestling.
One of the biggest changes he has made in the women's wrestling world of WWE is introducing two mid card championships, one for each main roster brand. It has been a year since the Women's Intercontinental Championship and Women's United States Championship have been in existence, and both of the titles have been great assets.

Natalya thinks Triple H made a huge improvement in the women's division of WWE
He has also created some top stars in the women's division, like Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky. Moreover, his contribution to women's wrestling can never be denied, and he stands as a pioneer in the development of women's wrestling in WWE. Former WWE Women's Champion Natalya pays homage recently for improving women's wrestling. While appearing on the “Q with Tom Power” podcast, she said the following;
“I really believe the time that it started to change was when Triple H took over NXT, and he started putting women more at the forefront. He started introducing more women’s matches and giving the women time and giving them really strong storylines. So then we started to see it take shape at NXT with women like Paige, and Emma, and Sasha Banks.”
Triple H has been in charge of the creative department of WWE since 2022
“He asked me if I would do a match against Ric Flair’s daughter, Charlotte Flair – she was brand new to the company, she had a lot of raw potential, they really wanted to try to see what they could bring out in her. Hunter knew that I could lead and be somebody that she could have potentially a great match with. But of course they weren’t sure, because it was like her first year or two in the company.”

He also introduced two mid card titles in the women's division for the first time
“Brand new, she started from scratch. Long story short, he gave me that opportunity in 2014, we had a match that is ranked in women’s wrestling matches, it’s just one of those must-see matches that still stands strong today, and it really started to change the way that people looked at women’s wrestling in WWE.”
The women's revolution in WWE started back in 2016, and one of the biggest names who was responsible for it was Stephanie McMahon. But things were going downhill for women before Triple H took charge of the creative department of WWE. Presently, the women's division of WWE is in its best shape ever, and we can expect it to improve even more in the future.
