WWE always wanted to put over Jey Uso as a main event star, when Jimmy Uso has always been overlooked. Jey Uso started getting the big push whenever the Usos started working solo. It was not like you were also more talented than his twin brother; they were both equally talented, but for some reason, it was always Jey for the WWE officials.
Jey featured in the World Championship picture in 2020. At first, he was the one who defeated Roman Reigns for the first time in 3 years. He won the men's Royal Rumble match this year and also won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41. Jey had always been a big project for WWE.

Jimmy Uso should now be a main event star, thinks Mark Henry
Jimmy Uso, on the other hand, is slowly emerging to be a fan favorite, and a large number of hands have started to demand that he should get the main event role, much like his brother. Some fans even consider him a better talent than his brother. WWE Hall of Fame Mark Henry recently discussed the rise of Jimmy on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast. He said;
Jimmy Uso never got higher treatment than a mid card, unlike his brother
“He’s at the place in his career where he has to fend for himself, become a Main Event player, no pun, like his brother, Main Event Jey Uso; he’s going to have to develop that on his own. If not, he’s going to constantly be on the floor while his brother is wrestling, while his cousin is wrestling, and then he’s going to see his other relatives, like Jacob Fatu, become a main guy.

Jey Uso has been promoted as a main eventer by WWE
"Hell, I can see Zilla Fatu coming in in the next year or two. Do you want another family member to pass you by? To be in the rings of, I want to be a main event player? Well, Drew McIntyre got in the way of that. And then we had Cody [Rhodes] run in and save the day like a true main event hero does.”
A large number of fans are frustrated with seeing Jey Uso constantly on the main event picture and they have started to demand that he should now be replaced with his brother who has always been overlooked by the WWE officials. But finally, it looks like WWE is thinking of putting over Jimmy Uso for the first time as a main eventer.
