Dominik Mysterio has been working as an active professional wrestler since 2020, and presently, he stands as one of the biggest upcoming prospects of the promotion. During his early career, he used to team up with his father Rey Mysterio, who is a legendary professional wrestler. Together, they were known as the Mysterios. They even became the first ever father and son Tag Team Champions in WWE history.
At the Clash at the Castle event of 2022, Dominik Mysterio shocked the entire world when he turned on his own father by cementing his heel turn. He had an excellent rivalry with his own father, and he even had a match with him at WrestleMania 39. After he turned heel, he became the most hated wrestler among the WWE fans, and the fans hated him so much that they did not even want to let him talk.

At WrestleMania 41, he was rewarded for his excellent work, as he won the WWE Intercontinental Championship. It was also the first single championship of his wrestling career. He featured in a fatal 4 way match where Bron Breakker defended the Championship against him, Penta, and Finn Balor. Dominik Mysterio came out victorious in this match.

Last week on RAW, he dropped the Championship to John Cena, but we can expect him to win the title back soon. Recently, he talked about his entrance music, and he explained why he believed that he deserved a new entrance theme. Speaking on the “Towers of Power” podcast, he explained the following;
“Oh god, I wish. That and the Judgment Day music. Good God. Uhm, I don’t know how much I could say but man I’m going to go with Fuerza Regida, my boy JOP, Calle 24, and Adriel Favela. When have you ever heard corridos or traditional Mexican music as someone’s theme?” said Dirty Dom.
