Dominik Mysterio made history last Saturday at Survivor Series by defeating John Cena to win back the WWE Intercontinental Championship, and presently he stands as a two times WWE Intercontinental Champion. A victory over the GOAT John Cena is a huge achievement at this stage of his professional wrestling career.
This Monday on RAW, he appeared along with the Judgment Day, and the long time Judgment Day member Liv Morgan has also joined the faction after returning from the injury she was suffering recently. Morgan also helped Dominik Mysterio pick up the huge victory over John Cena and become the WWE Intercontinental Champion.
Dominik Mysterio claimed himself to be the GOAT of WWE
Mysterio appeared on the post show of Survivor Series after winning the Championship and claimed that after speaking up for a victory over John Cena, he now stands as the GOAT of WWE. He made the same claim on RAW last Monday as well. Here is what he had to say at the post show of Survivor Series;

“John Cena has beaten absolutely everybody, am I correct? You name them, Cena’s beaten them. Now, I’ve beaten John Cena. By logic, I’ve also beaten everybody. Greatest of all time? You’re looking at him.”
“At the end of the day the fans feel sympathetic towards the elderly, so when they see John come out they can’t believe someone was able to check him out of his home and bring him to the arenas safely without breaking any bones.”
He presently stands as a two times WWE Intercontinental Champion
“Every time they see John Cena, they’re like, wow, we don’t know if this is gonna be the last time because, you know, at 75 years old, at any point in time, he could just, you know…”
Dominik Mysterio, 28, is one of the biggest prospects of WWE right now, and 2025 may have been the best year of his professional wrestling career so far. It is expected that WWE will soon promote him as a main eventer and we can definitely expect him to win the WWE World Championship soon. Maybe he is not the GOAT, but one of the biggest prospects in WWE for sure.
