D-Von Dudley is best known for his tag team work in professional wrestling, and he was introduced primarily as a tag team wrestler in WWE. During his early career, he worked as a singles wrestler for some years before teaming up with Bubba Ray Dudley in ECW, and they have worked together ever since.
D-Von Dudley and Bubba Ray Dudley made their WWE debuts as a tag team, and they were really famous as The Dudley Boyz in the promotion. They became a world famous tag team after joining WWE. D-Von Dudley alleges that Jim Ross made racist comments
In 2002, WWE tried to push him as a singles wrestler and named him Reverend D-Von. During this time, WWE was trying to push all of their Tag Team wrestlers from the Attitude Era as singles wrestlers; the Dudley Boyz were no different. But neither of the two could work as singles wrestlers in WWE. But both of them became quite famous as single stars in TNA Wrestling.
D-Von Dudley is a 10 times Tag Team Champion in WWE
D-Von Dudley is presently treated as a legend of professional wrestling, and he also played a creative role in WWE for a long time. Recently, he alleged his fellow Hall of Famer Jim Ross for making racist remarks. Speaking on the “Duke Loves Rasslin” podcast, the Tag Team Legend stated the following;

He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in the class of 2018
“You know, this whole thing with JR… I kept quiet for a long time because I didn’t want things to get out of control. I don’t want you guys to hate or what. Listen, if you have good vibes with JR, if you had good relationships with him, then please by all means keep those relationships.
“I told you and I let the cat out of the bag finally—my gripe with him and why I had an issue with him. There were times where him and I would see each other, look at each other, and I would walk away from him. I wouldn’t say anything to him.” said the tag team legend who is presently retired from in ring action.
