Cody Rhodes has already set a record of cutting huge numbers of solo promos, and ever since WWE started to promote him as a top star, he has done an amazing job. During his first run in the promotion, he was only promoted as a mid card talent. His focus only remained on the mid card titles. He had been a former Intercontinental Champion and a multi times Tag Team Champion during his first run in the promotion.
But after he made his return to WWE in 2022, WWE started to promote him not only as a main event star but as the future face of the promotion. He set a new record after winning back to back two Royal Rumble matches, and he also defeated Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL to win the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Not only is he an excellent in ring worker, he is also amazing on the mic, and it will not be exaggerated if said he is one of the best mic workers in WWE right now. Two times WWE Hall of Famer recently shared massive praise for be mic skill of Cody Rhodes. Speaking on his “Kliq This” podcast, he explained the following;

"Because John’s part-time. I think John is in a class by himself. But he’s not gimmicky. I think that I think Rollins is good, I think Seth is good on the mic. But I don’t need to be reminded that he’s The Innovator, he’s this, he’s that. I don’t need all the wrestling s**t.” said the former four times World Heavyweight Champion.
Cody Rhodes dropped the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41 to John Cena, only to defeat him and SummerSlam to regain the title. He is presently holding the championships strongly, and he is expected to enter a new rivalry after Crown Jewe,l where he will face the World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins for the Crown Jewel title.
