CM Punk comments on his big win at SNME

Punk made his return to WWE in November 2023, and so far, he has done a tremendous job. Recently, he talked about his return to WWE, and he also discussed his Championship at Saturday Night's Main Event. He attended an interview with Hockey Night In Utah after Saturday Night's Main Event, where he explained the following;

CM Punk won the World Heavyweight Championship last Saturday

“Every day has been a dream. Every day is gratitude. Obviously, I love hockey so much that I kind of draw the parallels between my wrestling career and hockey, and I’m the old guy in the room now. I’m just happy I get to lace up my skates and have the privilege to be able to walk the locker room and the halls with a lot of talented young stars.”

It was his seventh World Championship win in WWE

“Seeing all the fans, all the places I’ve been all around the world multiple times, getting to revisit stuff and see the young and the old all love wrestling, it’s great. It’s been a dream.” said CM Punk, regarding his World Heavyweight championship win at the Saturday Night's Main Event, where he defeated Jey Uso to win the Championship.

Punk's return to WWE during the Survivor Series event of 2023 has done an excellent job. The first World Championship he won since his return was at SummerSlam, but his title reign was short lived as Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract instantly after he won the title. Finally, it looks like he is going to have a long and much deserved title reign.
