Chelsea Green has been active in the main roster of WWE for the last 3 years, as she made her return to the promotion at the women's Royal Rumble match of 2023 as a surprise entrant. But her return was not very well booked as she got eliminated from the Royal Rumble match in only 5 seconds, which became one of the quickest eliminations in the women's Royal Rumble history.
It was quite clear that she would only be promoted as a lower mid card, but things improved for her as she worked really hard. Ultimately, WWE started to push her as an upper mid card, and they also built a faction around her. She became the first ever WWE Women's United States champion last year, which was definitely a huge accomplishment.
Chelsea Green discusses her Money in the Bank fall
Last month, Chelsea Green defeated Giulia to win the WWE Women's United States championship for the second time, and she also became the first ever two times WWE Women's United States Champion. She is definitely one of the biggest attractions of WWE right now, and the fans can definitely expect her to be promoted as a top star in the near future.
Chelsea Green recently remembered participating in the women's Money in the Bank match of 2024, where she took a huge bump when the eventual winner of the match, Tiffany Stratton, poster from on top of the ladde,r and she crashed on two tables simultaneously. Speaking with Chris Van Vliet recently, she remembered the following about that incident;

“Seriously, that ladder is high, and then when that ladder is in the ring, it’s very high, because I think it was a 20-foot ladder, and then it’s in the ring, and the ring is so high. And you can tell because I’m clinging on for dear life as I’m going up it trying to look all like I’m a badass, and I’m like, ‘Dear God, please let this be over. I want to go home, I need a glass of wine.’
"But it was all worth it; I knew what that moment was going to be. I died on that hill getting that moment because the boys tried to take it away from me. The boys tried to have that exact same moment. So we bargained. We gave Chad Gable a spot, and I took my spot.
Chelsea Green is also the present Women's US Champion
“Also, and this might not be that popular of a thing to say, but also, IYO was going to be on the ladder with me. I said no. I came up with the spot, I wanted the spot, and I didn’t think going through it a second time with somebody else was going to be as impactful. I already did the spot in TNA for Queen of the Mountain.
"And I did it with my best friend, Deonna. I don’t think you can get better than going through tables off of a ladder with your best friend. So I wanted the moment, and I fought for it to be just me, and I fought for it to be the very, very, very last spot before Tiffany won.” said the present and two times WWE Women's United States Champion.
