Charlotte Flair has been active in WWE for over a decade and is currently one of the biggest names in the women's division. She is the 14 times WWE world champion, which is more than any woman in the history of WWE. She started working on the main roster of WWE in 2015 and has been treated as a main eventer from the very first day of joining the main roster.
Charlotte Flair suffered multiple injuries lately, which kept her out of action for a long time, and she finally made her return to action at the Royal Rumble event during the women's Royal Rumble match. She went on to win the women's Royal Rumble match this year, and she became the first woman in WWE history to win two women's Royal Rumble matches.

But this time, she did not receive a very positive response from the WWE audience, and despite facing Tiffany Stratton for the women's title at WrestleMania 41, she could not maintain her main event status, mostly because of the negative reactions she received from the WWE fans. The promotion had no other option but to demote her to the Tag Team division, but after starting to work as a tag team with Alexa, she started doing much better.

In the latest episode of Monday Night RAW, she featured in the epic Women's Tag Team title picture with Alexa Bliss, which also included four other teams. It looks like she will continue working as a tag team for now. Charlotte Flair recently spoke with Men’s Health, where she revealed why she still wears a knee brace. She stated the following;
“It’s like — back to that schedule thing. Before we were wrestling like four nights a week, five nights. Now it’s like sometimes once a week, sometimes twice. Like, it’s just the consistency, where I was training in the ring on my own time at a at a local school in Orlando between TVs. But I’ve kind of taken a break from — like I guess the last month and a half. I haven’t. So, I was getting the reps in.

“So I think it’s more [that] I just keep it because I don’t get the same amount of reps. We’re just not wrestling. Like, some people would say, ‘Oh, that’s got to be so much better for your body.’ And I’m like, It is, but I also think there is something to say about like constantly working. Constantly being in that mindset that — you know, wrestling isn’t something you can just like pick up.
"And so when you’re already in that flow, like you don’t have to readjust. When you hit the ropes… hitting the ropes does not feel good. If you’ve taken three months off and you have to go back in and hit the ropes you’re like, ‘Oh.’ So I just I like the consistency of always being fresh to the ring. So I think that’s maybe too why I keep it on.” said the former 14 times WWE Women's Champion Charlotte Flair.
