Braun Strowman was one of the biggest projects of WWE during the reign of Vince McMahon, and he was pushed as one of the strongest forces of his time. He won multiple championships during that time, including the WWE Universal Championship. He also had some top feuds with some of the biggest stars of the promotion.
But after Triple H took charge of the creative of WWE, he stopped pushing Braun Strowman as a main eventer like Vince McMahon loved to push him. It is known to all that McMahon had a soft corner for bigger and taller people, but Triple H had no such fantasy, and he only pushed Strowman as a mid card and nothing more than that.
Braun Strowman discusses his future plans
Recently, WWE released the number of stars, and unfortunately for Strowman, he was one of the victims. Ever since he got released from the promotion, we have not gotten to see him working in any other promotion yet. Recently speaking on Everything on the Menu on USA Network, he revealed his future plans after his WWE release.

“What’s next? It’s no secret, I spent the last decade plus of my life, I’ve traveled around the world getting hit in the head and kicked and slammed and punched and vice versa to other people, and smashed in cars, and everything else in between. And it’s been an absolute amazing ride.
Braun Strowman was released from WWE earlier this year
"Not saying that I’m not going to get back in the ring and whip somebody’s * because you all know I can, but it’s an opportunity for me to try some new stuff, and I’m really looking forward to it. I’m looking forward to rekindling relationships with family and friends that I’ve missed out on and things that you just don’t get to do while you’re on the road because it’s so busy. I’m looking for real organic things and passions and experiences.”
It was noticed that WWE was mostly targeting the injury prone wrestlers and ending up releasing them. Braun Strowman was having a tough time recently and was also suffering multiple injuries back to back. It is believed that he is recent injury records have been the biggest reason behind his release. We hope he finds success outside of WWE.
