He worked in WWE for over a decade, and he had been one of the biggest attractions of WWE throughout his career. He is also recognized as a Triple Crown Champion of WWE.
At first, he worked as a tag team wrestler with Dolph Ziggler; later, he became a part of The New Day faction, which went on to become one of the best factions in the history of professional wrestling. He won multiple tag team titles while being a part of this faction, and also achieved singles success.

Ridge Holland is the reason behind the career ending injury of Big E
He was supposed to team up with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to take on the team of Sheamus, Pete Dunne, and Ridge Holland in a six man tag team match at WrestleMania 38. But just before the event, he suffered a neck injury that killed his career. Ridge Holland, the man who was responsible for this injury, recently thanked Big E for forgiving him. Speaking on his latest YouTube video, he said the following;
“I’m grateful that Big E — the class of human being that he is — forgave me. He’s been able to stay so positive and move on with his life, doing punditry and all the work he does for the community, especially with collegiate athletes. I think he works with the NIL stuff too. He’s killing it, man. He’s such a good human being, and I wish nothing but the best for him.

Ridge Holland had been released from WWE recently
“And just for people out there who think there might have been any malice in there — there wasn’t. If I could change it, I would in a heartbeat. But what happened really shook my confidence. I contemplated quitting, to be honest. When you’re out there on the main roster, under a worldwide spotlight, the last thing you want is for your confidence to go, because it shows in your performances. As soon as you come out through the curtain, people know.
“I think that’s what really harmed me from connecting. I wasn’t in the right headspace to go out there, to be honest. I’m just glad I had people around me who supported me — my wife, my kids — and guys like Pete (Dunne) and Sheamus who would pull me up by my bootstraps and say, ‘Come on, we’ve got this.’” Said Ridge Holland.
