Bayley is one of the biggest names in the women's division of WWE, and she has been active in the promotion for more than a decade. She made her main roster debut in 2016 after having a wonderful run in the NXT, and she even won the NXT Women's Championship one time. She started playing her famous Hugger character in the main roster, and she also became quite famous among the main roster audience.
After having a wonderful run as the Hugger, Bayley turned heel for the first time in WWE and started playing the character of the Role Model. She became quite famous while playing this new character as well, and she won multiple World Championship titles. She showed the entire world her multi talented personality, and she was capable of doing every character she is asked to play.

Bayley on the women's Royal Rumble match of 2024, and she even won the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania XL. But after dropping the title to Nia Jax at SummerSlam of the same year, she has not won any championships as of now. But she keeps on maintaining her main event status.

Presently, Bayley is playing a tag team character with former WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria. She even featured on the Tag Team title seen on the latest episode of RAW. Recently, she talked about being the locker room leader and how she feels about it. Speaking on the “Beyond the Match Wrestling” podcast, she stated the following;

“Oh you know, it’s a lot of weight on my shoulders. It’s a lot of work. You know, it’s not something that I asked for, but you know, it’s something that just fell upon me. These idiots need guidance. I’m so giving, I’m just so giving. And you know, it just looks natural. I don’t want these responsibilities. They kind of just fell into my lap because of my talent. So, it just — you know, she’s just there. So what am I going to do? Just let her flop around on her own?”
She also talked about clicking a photo with Tome and Stevie Filip, “I’ve known them for — I don’t know something-plus years. My ex trained with them in New Zealand. So I when I went over one time, got to hang out with them for like a week. They’re just super nice guys, super talented. I wish they were working here, I think they’re great. They have so much to offer, but they were there in town watching the show — there as extras — so it was great to like hang out with them and everything."
