Aleister Black has made his return to WWE after 4 years, and who are he has done an excellent job upon returning to the promotion. He was released in 2021 despite having a successful time in both NXT and on the main roster. WWE released a lot of its talents during the covid-19 pandemic, and Black was one of the victims.
He joined AEW soon after joining WWE, and after spending four years in the promotion, he returned to WWE recently, and he continued his dark character that he had always been famous for. He is getting a mid card push right now, just like he was supposed to get during his first run in the main roster of the promotion.
Aleister Black claims that he is helping Damian Priest
One of the best feuds of Aleister Black's WWE career had been his latest rivalry with the former World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest, which he had after his return to the promotion. Recently, he talked about his rivalry with Priest, where we claimed that he was helping him. While speaking with Rick Ucchino for SI’s The Takedown, he said the following;

“People think that dark characters are all cut from the same cloth. And with my character, especially in this iteration, it’s much more of a societal criticism of what this Aleister Black is. He’s pulling out from looking at what the human race is from the outside and seeing all the hateful comments, the indecisiveness, the wanting to be rewarded and awarded constantly…
“That’s your nature. Indulge in that behavior. You’re a destructive race, so be destructive. I look at someone like Damian Priest, who has this violence to him, but at the same time has this inhibiting moral code where he will still stand up for other people. In Aleister’s eyes, I want him to get away from that, because it’s holding him back. Don’t worry about these people. You be you, and if I have to sacrifice myself to prove that point, I will do that.
Black and Damian Priest are having a rivalry on SmackDown
"I’m corrupting you further and further, but in [my character’s] eyes, it’s not really corrupting. It’s just setting you free. And I think that Damian plays that character really well, because he’s slowly divulging deeper and deeper into doing things to Aleister Black that he wouldn’t have done three months prior.”
Aleister Black and Damian Priest had an excellent Last Man Standing match recently in an episode of SmackDown, and it was also the main event of the show. Priest dominated most of the match, but ultimately, Black's real life wife of Black helped him master Priest. The feud is still going on, and it is definitely one of the most entertaining feuds of SmackDown right now.
