However, their main goal remains to get him for free next season, much like they lured Trent Alexander Arnold for free this season.
Liverpool Football Club are already looking forward to getting a replacement for Ibrahima Konate, and presently their prime target is the English International Marc Guehi of Crystal Palace, who is also going out of contract by next season.
