Latest reports from Liverpool Echo suggest that defending Premier League Champions are looking forward to signing Antoine Semenyo of Bournemouth as a replacement for Mohamed Salah for the AFCON. The Ghanaian international will be available during this break since Ghana could not qualify for the AFCON.
Reports also suggest Liverpool are willing to offer a record transfer fee of £75 million for Antoine Semenyo. The 25 year old has been quite impressive for Bournemouth ever since joining the club, and he has managed 28 goals in all competitions in the Premier League so far. Liverpool are potentially looking forward to getting him this January.
