NEW DELHI: Virat Kohli has moved up to the fourth spot in the ICC ODI rankings after his masterful 135 in Ranchi, a knock that marked his 52nd century in the format. The innings helped him gain valuable rating points and strengthen his push towards the top of the ODI batting table.

Kohli now sits just behind teammate Rohit Sharma, who continues to hold the No.1 position. The gap between the two remains close, with Kohli cutting into the difference after his recent form. India had more to cheer as Kuldeep Yadav climbed one place to sixth among ODI bowlers, continuing his consistent run with the ball.
Jansen’s historic rise in Tests
Marco Jansen made the biggest leap in the latest Test rankings after his standout performance in South Africa’s 2–0 series sweep over India. The left arm quick jumped to fifth among Test bowlers, reaching a career best rating.
Simon Harmer also made strong gains, rising to eleventh after taking seventeen wickets across the two Tests. Jansen’s all round displays lifted him to second among Test all rounders.
Pakistan players move up in T20Is
Pakistan enjoyed several boosts following their tri series win. Saim Ayub reclaimed the top spot in the T20I all rounder rankings after contributing with both bat and ball in the final. Abrar Ahmed climbed to fourth among T20I bowlers while Mohammad Nawaz moved to eleventh, and also jumped to fourth in the all rounder list.
