Mitchell Marsh wins the POTM award
Mitchell Marsh wins the Player of the Match award for his 111 off 56 balls innings.
"Yes it has (been a tough season). Nice to get on the right side of the game and get a win. Disappointing season but still a lot to play for. Few of the Indian boys said the day before that it looked a bit better (the pitch). I just tried to get as many as I could in the powerplay and get us off to a good start. Have an impact on the game. The last two games we've batted really well. Probably 10-15 short in Mumbai on a really good wicket. Tonight we were courageous with the ball. Proud of some of the young guys in the squad to be able to defend that."
Rajat Patidar reflects on RCB's loss
"I think we were sure of how we wanted to go about the target, we did well, just one or two shots behind. Really good pitch, batting track, was coming nicely on to the bat, just 2-3 shots away. Difficult to analyse just after the game, I need time to analyse it. We have four games more, we're taking it one step at a time."
