AB de Villiers (RCB) scored 19 fours in 59 balls with 133 runs against MI on 10 May 2015. He holds the record of scoring the most fours in an IPL innings. Paul Valthaty (PBKS) struck 19 fours while scoring 120 in 63 balls against CSK on 13 April 2011. He has made his impact in the 2nd spot in achieving the highest number of fours in an inning in the tournament. Michael Lumb (RR) blasted 16 fours during his 83 in 43 deliveries against PBKS on 7 April 2010. He obtained 3rd place in hitting the most fours in the league. Michael Lumb, Devon Conway, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Ajinkya Rahane are all tied with 16 fours in an IPL innings. Michael Lumb achieved this with 83 runs against Punjab Kings on April 7, 2010. Devon Conway made his mark on April 30, 2023. Yashasvi Jaiswal followed closely with an impressive 124 runs against Mumbai Indians on April 30, 2023, while Ajinkya Rahane presented an outstanding performance on April 6, 2012.
