NEW DELHI: Lucknow Supergiants enter IPL 2026 looking to move past a season that slipped away in the second half. Despite boasting a strong and exciting batting lineup, LSG struggled with their bowling at key moments, often leaking runs under pressure, which proved costly in several close matches.

This time, the franchise has acted decisively at the auction, strengthening their squad with impactful additions. Australian wicketkeeper batter Josh Inglis has been roped in as a long term middle order option, while Wanindu Hasaranga and Anrich Nortje add much needed overseas bite and control to the bowling attack.
