GT vs MI: Captains take at the toss
Shubman Gill highlighted the impact of his bowling unit and stressed the importance of maintaining rhythm early in the innings.
“I think the way we have been bowling up front has been a huge positive for us, even in the last match and the game before that. Hopefully we continue with our bowling rhythm up front and then in the middle overs, Rashid Khan has been really good for us.”
Hardik Pandya, meanwhile, spoke about staying united as a group and focusing on improvement.
“There will be tough times, but we need to stand with each other and go out and play good cricket. I think we need to play overall better cricket, I cannot pinpoint one factor. We win together, we lose together. As a group, we need to get better. It is a fresh day and we stay positive.”
